Terms of service

Last updated October 2026. These terms apply to the Survival Nation website and to every order placed through it. By placing an order you agree to them. They are shorter than most because we would rather you read them.

Orders and payment

• An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation, not the order confirmation. Until then we can cancel it, for example if an item sold out or a price was wrong, and we refund in full.
• Prices are in US dollars and include no tax. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it.
• Promotional codes apply to the items they say they apply to, one code per order.

Shipping, risk and returns

Shipping terms are on the shipping page and return terms on the returns page; both form part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave.

Product information

Days of coverage are calculated at 2,000 calories a day for one adult. Shelf life figures are the manufacturer's stated figures under recommended storage conditions. Nothing on the site is medical, nutritional or legal advice; speak to a professional about your own needs.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account until you tell us it has been compromised.

Content and trademarks

The site, its text, photographs and the Survival Nation name are ours or used under licence. You may share links and short quotations with credit. You may not copy product pages or imagery for another shop.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any right you have under consumer law.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. If something goes wrong, write to us first; most problems are fixed in one email.
