Last updated October 2026. This policy explains what Survival Nation Supply Co. collects when you visit the site or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read.

What we collect

• Order details. Your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and what you bought. Payment card numbers go straight to our payment processor and never touch our systems.
• Account details. If you make an account, your login email and order history.
• Site use. Pages viewed, the household size and duration you set on the site, and basic device information. The household setting is stored in your browser, not on our servers.
• Messages. Anything you send us by email, phone or the contact form.

How we use it

• To pack, ship and track your order and answer questions about it
• To send the emails you asked for, like supply notes, and nothing you did not
• To find and fix problems on the site
• To meet legal obligations, like tax records

Who we share it with

The companies that make the shop work: our ecommerce platform, payment processor, shipping carriers, email provider and the warehouse team. Each gets only what it needs for its job. We do not sell personal information and never have.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your sign in and measure which pages are read. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart and sign in will stop working, the rest of the site will not.

How long we keep it

Order records for seven years, for tax. Account details until you close the account. Email sign ups until you unsubscribe, which is one click at the bottom of every email.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it, subject to the records we must keep
• Unsubscribe from any email at any time

Write to privacy@survivalnation.com for any of these. We answer within 30 days, usually within a week.

Children

The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and by email to account holders.
