    Single cuts, ready made boxes, or jerky and sticks for the road. Add them to the cart with everything else on the shelf.

  2. They box it up

    Packed by hand and frozen solid. Insulation and dry ice keep everything cold to your door, and you get tracking the moment it leaves.

  3. Cook and enjoy

    Thaw, season and cook. Well raised meat needs very little help to taste great.

What do the cattle eat?

Grass and forage for their entire lives, with hay through the winter. The beef is never grain finished and never sees a feedlot.

How does frozen shipping work?

Every box is packed with insulation and dry ice and ships Monday through Wednesday, so nothing sits in a warehouse over a weekend. It arrives frozen; put it straight in the freezer.

How is this different from the emergency food?

This is fresh meat, frozen: it lives in your freezer and keeps twelve months. The food kits on the Food shelf are sealed for twenty five years and need no freezer at all. The freezer feeds you every day; the kits feed you the day the freezer stops.
