The treatments on this page are offered by Freedom RX, a separate company, and are prescribed, where appropriate, by licensed US providers after an online visit. Survival Nation does not provide medical services, does not employ providers and does not see your health information. Prescription only. A licensed provider decides whether a treatment is right for you. If it is not, Freedom RX says so and refunds the visit in full. Nothing on this page is a diagnosis or a promise of results, and individual results vary.
Compounded medications. Many of these treatments are compounded medications, prepared by licensed US pharmacies for an individual patient. Compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Each treatment's page carries its safety information, including side effects and who should not take it. Read it before your visit.
Who can order. You must be 18 or older. Availability varies by state. Prices are Freedom RX's published cash prices, include the visit and shipping, and may change without notice here.
